Description : Basic Function: To organize and supervise the smooth operation of Old Manila kitchen.

Work Experience: At least two (2) years experience in a similar position in a 5 star de-luxe hotel (Asian experience preferable).
At least four (4) years of work experience in up market restaurants in Europe / Australia.
Solid exclusive and specialized experience in preparing Gastronomic and International Cuisine.

Duties & Responsibilities: Maintenance and continuous upgrading of established standards in liaison with the Executive Chef.
Supervision of kitchen brigade with a strong focus on training / man – management qualities
All other necessary kitchen duties.

Special Requirements: Creative and innovative in preparation and presentation
of foods, dishes and menus.

Directly Reports To: Executive Chef
Working Time: 5-1/2 days a week
Operation Hours: 1130hrs. – 1400hrs. – 2300hrs. Closed for lunch on Saturday, Sunday whole day (Subject to change)

Personality: Food oriented, strong leadership skills, Hands-on worker, cooperative, flexible.

Physical Requirement: Fit
Age:Between 28 to 35 years
Civil Status: Single (preferable)
Nationality: Open depending on work experience
Languages: Must speak good English
Salary: Paid in Hong Kong dollars / negotiable depending on experience
